This collection is arranged in three folders. In the first folder are clippings and photographs. The second folder contains articles about the dumping of millions of dollars worth of gold and silver bullion into Manila Bay to prevent its capture by the Japanese, leading to what came to be known as the "Lost Treasure of Corregidor." The third folder contains an article written by Kadolph concerning the "Hell Ships," Oryoku Maru, Brazil Maru and Enoura Maru, which carried prisoners of war from Manila to Japan in December 1944 and January 1945.
